What to include

So we can help on the first reply, tell us:

• the email address you sign in with, and the workspace if you have more than one;
• what you were trying to do, and what happened instead;
• the address of the screen (copy it from your browser) and any error message, word for word;
• a screenshot, if you can.

Never send your password. We will never ask for it.
